On our boxes there is an audio guidance system that follows you step by step and shows you what to do
SYNTHETICALLY
TeknoBlock gives you the possibility to safely park your bicycle and allows you to recharge it.
You have Bosch battery chargers at your disposal in addition to the 230V socket.
The front box is reserved for recharging your smartphone: in this case, to avoid unpleasant surprises, opening is reserved for users accessing with a credit card.
Please note that all compartments and locks are electronic and managed by the system.
USE WITH TELEGRAM
Enter the Qr code after the name on the box: the Telegram app will be downloaded, if it is not already installed on your smartphone, and you will start communicating with the box. You can also search manually for the name on the box, TeknoBlock001.
-Start Bot.
From the Menu choose the function:
Open Allows you to request a box from the system.
Choose the box, press the button within 40 seconds and from that moment on that box is reserved only for you. NO ONE ELSE BUT YOU CAN OPEN IT, and it is linked to your Telegram.You can reopen the box in the first few minutes by pressing the illuminated button. After this initial phase, the button goes out and you must log in again to reopen.
Information You receive a message with information on the system.
Book (available soon) Allows you to book a box even remotely: the booking is valid for 2 hours, after receiving confirmation and a delegation number. When you arrive at the TeknoBlock base, use the ‘Open’ function or enter the proxy number.
Cancel Booking Cancels the current booking.
Use Delegation number.
Each time you take possession of a box, the system gives you a Delegation number. This number can be entered on the keyboard of the box or sent/received by any other Telegram user. Using the delegation number makes no difference to your access.
USE WITH CREDIT CARD, PHONES WITH NFC OR FINGERPRINT
The physical credit card or NFC-enabled phone is only needed to reserve the box for you.
When you get close to the box totem, the system will ask you to either bring your credit card, your NFC-activated phone or use your fingerprint (the fingerprint system is dedicated to use in the private sector where users use the system several times, e.g. B&B )
When the button is pressed, the box is reserved for you only.

and to reopen you must log in again.
